French Bakery Delices De France in Miami

We go for the occasional hot chocolate. It's really good. They make them fresh to order and don't use a powdered mix. Unless you like your chocolate bitter, you're going to want to add milk and/or sugar. They also have very good baguettes and sandwiches. Bottom line is you won't be disappointed.

The best bread in Miami.

Wonderful bakery. I love the croissants-pick any of the variety they have-all AMAZING! But my favorite is the plain with a smear of butter. For variety, I will do a spinach quiche. Quick service, but I would wait in line!

I love this French bakery. Great products all around, although I'm slightly partial to the chocolate croissants at another French bakery north on US-1I still like theirs. They've got a good selection of bread, pasteries and cake. They serve sandwiches as well.I particularly like their chocolate mousse cake. Intense chocolate flavor and great moist texture with layers of chocolate cake and chocolate mousse. This cake is such a rush to my senses after a few minutes I can feel a tingling in my scalp, like my hair wants to stand up and shout "Wow". I cannot eat this cake late in the evening or else I'll be up at 3am unable to get back to sleep. I will bet it has a little touch of coffee in it to amp up the chocolate flavor. Super delicious for chocolate fans. They have mini one serving versions if you want to sample and maybe also try a few of their other delicacies.

Today my girlfriend and I wanted to grab coffee and food . When it came our turn to come in, we were told only one of us could come in. I know there is a 3 people only inside at a time rule but there was no one in there but because there was 2 people behind us in line, I was asked to wait outside. I ended up not getting food because I did not know what I wanted. My girlfriend got her coffee and was waiting and watched the same employee that asked me to leave being completely rude to another customer. We are trying to support small local business during these hard times but this makes us not want to return. We also work in the food business and would never treat customers how we were treated as well as the other guests.

Always enjoy my time and meals with my family. Nice quiet atmosphere. Food is good and priced affordable.

I'm in town once a year, and every time we must get breakfast here. Love the hot chocolate and coissonts.

I love this place, the spinach quiche is the best

I love the pastries here, but you would think during this pandemic the customer service would be at its all time high when there’s only three customers at a time allowed in the store. Instead this morning the new employee got my order wrong then was upset when I pointed it out and then I had to figure out how to fix it. I have never had bad customer service here unfortunately one bad apple ruins it for the company you need to correct this hire before your reputation goes down.

Best french bakery in South Florida.

I'm not sure how long the chocolate almond croissant had been sitting there though it was soggy, doughy , and mushy. I'm not positive though it looked like they were bringing out a fresh tray as I was leaving. I'm not sure if restaurants understand, if they don't have their best product available at all times, their business is going to suffer for it. For ex., I have no desire to go back and potentially get another very mediocre croissant, imho. (In my humble opinion)

Great bakery...always a line on the weekends ... but worth the wait!

On 10/14/19, they ran out of Turkey and cheese croissants and I wanted to get 3 of them. The owner Patrick, said, " Don't worry, I will make them for you right now". He then prepared some of the the best turkey and cheese croissant sandwiches I probably ever had at The French Bakery! They were prepared with quality and promptly as well. I truly appreciate you Patrick and your entire staff for your service and dedication.

My wife says they make the best cappuccinos in Miami. I can't say though. What I can speak about is their customer service, always top notch. Also their breads, oh my goodness. Their Olive loaf is simply wonderful. Also their fresh sandwiches are a delightful quick lunch. There is a line a lot of the time, however that's to be expected for a place that dishes out such good food and coffee.

A very Good place! They have Wonderful desserts!!! I always get a Turkey and cheese sandwich on French bread with all the trimmings! Yum...❣

Delicious pastry and fresh coffee to start your day

Nice place, have tables outside with umbrellas. Waitress was absent minded. She was constantly looking outside adventures rather than wait on her customers. Being a French Bakery it's quite expensive although breads, pies cakes are delicious.

BEST Smoothie EVER!! I’ve had smoothies just about everywhere. But French Bakery has the best by far. I had the mango/passion fruit. You have to try it!!

This is my favorite French bakery, strongly recommended

I seek for excellent croissants everywhere I go. And I like to do side-by-side comparisons from different bakeries of the same goods. This is a review for the savory (Turkey and Cheese) croissant compared to that of Madruga (Ham and Cheese) croissant. Both are excellent (5 stars) but different. Here at French bakery, the croissant is beautifully layered, and buttered. The cheese melts perfectly (even better than Madruga) into the dough itself. The special touch they put on their croissant is the layer of sesame seeds that provide it more nutty flavors as well a crunch to it. (Madruga's crunch is more from the cheese). I wish the turkey was not rolled purely in the center but more flattened to even out the flavors with each bite. However, I admit, that's me being nitpicky. Because I am picky, Madruga and this bakery are the only two I would recommend in Miami (I have been disappointed by Zak the Baker, but I may need to give it another try later).

I have been coming to this bakery for over 5 years. The place is always packed on the weekends in the morning but it’s worth the wait. The staff is polite and efficient. Patrick the owner is very down to earth and helpful. The coffee is always on point and the pastries and sandwiches are fresh and delicious. This is the best bakery in town. I highly recommend it!

Small bakery with delicious French pastries.They also serve sandwiches and salads with fresh healthy ingredients. The bread is freshly baked and made on site.

Sometimes you want a semi-decent but uber-trendy treat. Other times, you want an impeccably crafted baked goody, for those times, come to French Bakery. We had the most amazing croissants (and I don’t even normally like croissants!) here and will be back! The ambiance wasn’t really conducive to eating in— crazy crowded (which is a testament to the popularity of this fantastic gem!) and not much seating— so plan to order a big box of carbs to take home and enjoy with those you love.
